FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN
Our team of specialist will take care of the design, planning and execution of your wedding. We will learn and understand your vision, and find the very best vendors and resources to bring your wedding dreams to life. We will be your primary point of contact, will handle all vendor research and contract negotiation, communication with those vendors, budget and guest list management, be your support at vendor meetings, be a visionary and creative that will provide you with unique ideas with regards to wedding day design, and countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to a successful execution of your wedding. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Our expert team will be on-site the day of to oversee the load-in, setup, and monitor all logistics. Your day of event team will consist of a Lead Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator and a Bridal Attendant. Should your event require additional labor from our team, we will advise you in advance.
Our pricing for Full Service Planning & Event Package is 10%-15% of your overall wedding weekend cost with a minimum of $20,000. The percentage is based on our time investment & determined by your date, event days, number of guest, labor involvement, and the complexity of your event.
